Our Story
Golden Golf started with James - a golf-obsessed guy who, after five years of trying, still can’t hit a straight shot to save his life. But what he lacked in skill, he made up for in passion, for the game, for early morning rounds, and especially for his golden retriever, Hugo.
Back in May 2025, James got fed up with golf gear that took itself way too seriously. Where was the stuff that actually captured what golf is really about? The terrible shots that somehow still make you smile. The dog at your side, more interested in chasing geese than watching your putting practice. The kind of gear that gets that golf is supposed to be fun.
So, he decided to make it himself.
Golden Golf became his answer to stuffy golf culture — a UK-based brand built on heart, humour, and kit that doesn’t pretend you’re heading to Augusta. From soft organic tees to mugs made for post-round coffees (or pre-round pep talks), every piece is about celebrating the real joy of golf: the walk, the banter, and the hope that maybe this is the round it all clicks.
Golden Golf isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, having a laugh, and appreciating the company whether that’s your mates or the golden retriever sprawled across your feet while you binge swing tips on YouTube.
