At Golden Golf, all of our products are made to order, which means we do not hold stock or mass produce. Because of this, we only offer returns or replacements on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a faulty item.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the original packaging

With tags still attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@goldengolf.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

Instructions on how to send it back
Important: Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We cannot accept unsolicited returns.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Products returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@goldengolf.shop.
