Production Time

All Golden Golf products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–5 working days
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–3 working days
  • EVRi 48: 2–5 working days
  • EVRi 24: 1–3 working days
  • DPD Courier: Next working day (1 day)

Europe

  • Royal Mail Tracked: 6–21 working days
  • DPD Courier: 2–8 working days

United States

  • USPS Tracked: 3–5 working days
  • DPD Courier: 5–7 working days

Canada

  • Royal Mail Tracked: 6–21 working days
  • DPD Courier: 5–7 working days

Rest of the World

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy

As all products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 28 days of dispatch with a description and clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check with your local delivery office.
  2. Verify your shipping address.

If the parcel is still missing, contact us:

  • UK: After 10 working days from dispatch
  • EU & Rest of World: After 28 days from dispatch

Claims must be made within 60 calendar days of dispatch.
